A CPR COURSE was held in 2023

Heartsaver is designed for people who want to learn how to help someone having a cardiac or choking emergency. Learn to recognize cardiac arrest, get emergency care on its way quickly and provide help until someone with more advanced training arrives to take over. You’ll get hands-on practice in performing high-quality CPR for adults, using an AED, relieving choking and doing rescue breathing. This course is ideal for workplace or volunteer requirements.

TIME: 10:am OR 2:pm

DURATION: ABOUT 2 HOURS

WHERE: BAYSHORE SENIORS

COST: for members of WBPOA $30, for non- members $60

To register please send an email with your name and preferred course date and time to heartsaver@wbpoa.org. You will then receive an email with instructions for payment and how to get your course workbook. Registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. 

Alternately you may register and pay (cash or cheque) at the WBPOA Membership Meeting on July 15 (at Bayshore Seniors).
