NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH

NW is a program aimed at reducing crime in our community.

NW signs are purchased with your WBPOA membership support. Member contact information is on file and up to date.

Southern Georgian Bay OPP responding to a crime has no access to resident information in Tiny Township.  The Township of Tiny will not give out resident information.

WHEN TO CONTACT A NW REPRESENTATIVE

>CONTACT OPP FIRST IF THERE IS A CRIME 1-888-310-1122

>IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THAT IS NOT CRIME RELATED, FOR EXAMPLE A FALLEN TREE, AND THE HOMEOWNER NEEDS TO BE ADVISED, CONTACT A N/W REPRESENTATIVE WHO IN TURN WILL CONTACT THE HOMEOWNER

Most home insurance policies require you to have someone check your home if you are away for more than five days. It's always a good idea to leave a key with a neighbour and make sure they have your contact information should any issues arise.

GET TO KNOW YOUR NEIGHBOURS. A WATCHFUL NEIGHBOUR IS THE BEST BURGLAR ALARM OF ALL !!!!
